  • First off, I'm from central Texas and I know what BBQ should taste like. 5 stars. This guy is legit. Finally,finally, FINALLY we have some great BBQ in DFW. You can tell the owner takes great pride in his work. This place won't be a secret for long. Go on by before the line is around the block.

  • This is the best smoked brisket in North Texas, unless you are doing it yourself and I haven't tried it yet. If you don't believe me then I dare you to drive ten minutes to get there on a Saturday or Sunday. The chef truly loves what he is doing. The dining area is open and spacious. I encourage him to pursue a full-time career in smoking. He's got a great sauce as well.

  • Stopped by on Saturday and waited in line for some of the best brisket I've had in a long time. The brisket was smoked perfect with great bark.... Very Tasty Was treated to some of the owners homemade jalapeno sausage. What a great side dish to order up. Washed it all down with some sweet tea. If your in the area I recommend a stop for some great food. Worth the drive to find this place.

  • Been following them for a while, waiting for a chance to sample their food. Worth the wait. I'm a brisket man and have been for quite a while. Cook my own and brag quite a bit about it. Hate to admit it but he puts mine to shame. Great bark, tender, and most importantly, great taste and moist. Some of the best brisket I have ever eaten..and the jalapeno cheese sausage is the best I've ever eaten.
